A Wanderer's Photo Gallery
One of the things that gets me exploring Britain and Ireland is the prospect of bringing away some pleasing photos of my own making with me. Not only has that fostered the growth of an interest in hillwalking and cycling but it also has driven me to further the photography itself. All that has created the library of images from which the collections that you find here have been drawn.

Shadowing the Rob Roy Way

Shadowing the Rob Roy Way

The Rob Roy Way is a relatively new long distance trail extending from Drymen all the way through part of the Southern Highlands to Pitlochry. For a lot of its length, it passes through Scotland's first ever national park, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, before tumbling through the highlands of Stirlingshire and Perthshire towards its final destination. This gallery follows the trail loosely and features countryside around Loch Lomond, Callander, Loch Tay and other parts of Highland Perthshire.
