A Wanderer's Photo Gallery
One of the things that gets me exploring Britain and Ireland is the prospect of bringing away some pleasing photos of my own making with me. Not only has that fostered the growth of an interest in hillwalking and cycling but it also has driven me to further the photography itself. All that has created the library of images from which the collections that you find here have been drawn.

Pen-y-Ghent gains two photos in this album so it's no bad idea to share a view of another of Yorkshire's Three Peaks. After all, lurking behind Simon Fell and Park Fell is Ingleborough. The wide empty upper reaches of Ribblesdale have been the best of the Pennine Way so far with plenty of solitude for times when quieter moments are needed. The ground isn't so unsound underfoot either where green lane enthuasiasts are held at bay. With a degree of preparation, a trot along here can be reasonably carefree.
