Benoskee & Brandon from Camp, Co. Kerry, Éire

Here's a look down the north coast of the Dingle peninsula with the gorse in flower and it the month of December! Furthest into the distance lies Brandon and there's a trace of its cloudy "cap". Coming nearer brings the eye to the hill continuing the tops of Benoskee and Stradbally Mountain. Butting in at the left are lower summits like Cumeen, Knocknakilton and Knockbeg. Mixtures of hills, coast and sea always have a certain irresistibly for me and that is no more true than when they are lit by bright winter sunshine like what produced the goods above.
