A Wanderer's Photo Gallery
One of the things that gets me exploring Britain and Ireland is the prospect of bringing away some pleasing photos of my own making with me. Not only has that fostered the growth of an interest in hillwalking and cycling but it also has driven me to further the photography itself. All that has created the library of images from which the collections that you find here have been drawn.

Ben Vrackie, Pitlochry, Perthshire, Scotland

As if to prove that Pitlochry is in hill country, Ben Vrackie rises up just to east of the town. It is another Scottish Corbett that I have climbed though clag descended upon its summit while I was there. I then continued to Killiecrankie before following the Pass of Killiecrankie and Loch Faskally on my return to Pitlochry. As I continued on my walk, the sun came out and lit up this scene near Tenandry. Ben Vrackie has cleared by this time and presents the clear view above with Meall Uaine cutting in to the front of it.
