A Wanderer's Photo Gallery
One of the things that gets me exploring Britain and Ireland is the prospect of bringing away some pleasing photos of my own making with me. Not only has that fostered the growth of an interest in hillwalking and cycling but it also has driven me to further the photography itself. All that has created the library of images from which the collections that you find here have been drawn.

Schiehallion from Bealach a' Mhaim, Kinloch Rannoch, Perthshire, Scotland

Taking a long leap north not only takes us away from the Rob Roy Way but also into much wilder country than that through which it passes on its final approach to Pitlochry. To give you an idea of where we are, that peak in the background is non other than the iconic Schiehallion. At the time that I was taking in views like this, I was walking from Kinloch Rannoch to Trinafour on the first day of my summer break in Highland Perthshire.
