A Wanderer's Photo Gallery
One of the things that gets me exploring Britain and Ireland is the prospect of bringing away some pleasing photos of my own making with me. Not only has that fostered the growth of an interest in hillwalking and cycling but it also has driven me to further the photography itself. All that has created the library of images from which the collections that you find here have been drawn.

The Beinn Nuis-Beinn Tarsuinn seemed to be clag-bound for most of my stay and some of that clag drifted onto Goatfell too, though not when I was on it. Apart from obscuring the mountains in question, the cloud had me thinking that my digital SLR was doing something weird with the way it registered what was in front of it. When I got prints from my film SLR's efforts, it confirmed that the appearance of what had been captured had nothing to do with the method of capture. It now looks as if the photos depict the way that the cloud sat on the hill tops; it wasn't like my memories of the scenes before me. Settling this might be a good reason to return?
