A Wanderer's Photo Gallery
One of the things that gets me exploring Britain and Ireland is the prospect of bringing away some pleasing photos of my own making with me. Not only has that fostered the growth of an interest in hillwalking and cycling but it also has driven me to further the photography itself. All that has created the library of images from which the collections that you find here have been drawn.

It was the prospect of following a hill track that would take me towards Loch Etive that lured me into Glen Strae. Between the showers, it looked well in any sunshine and Beinn Lurachan and Beinn Mhic-Mhonaidh granted hilly focal points for photographic endeavour. Those showers were to die out to give a wonderful evening, albeit one where you could be beset by midges if you stopped in the wrong place. Before then, there was a stiff pull up to Lairig Dhoireann with Beinn Lurachan to my right and a long stroll back to civilisation that really should have been started earlier in the day.
