A Wanderer's Photo Gallery
One of the things that gets me exploring Britain and Ireland is the prospect of bringing away some pleasing photos of my own making with me. Not only has that fostered the growth of an interest in hillwalking and cycling but it also has driven me to further the photography itself. All that has created the library of images from which the collections that you find here have been drawn.

Leaving Loch Lomond brings us this view towards some bona fide Crianlarich hills. They may be playing hard to get in the above vista but the likes of Ben Lui, Ben Oss and Beinn Dubhcraig can be seen from hereabouts. What is hidden are the pylons and electricity power lines that accompany progress for a lot of the West Highland Way until Crianlarich is reached. That preserves the wild feel of the scene and the lack of road noise adds to it enjoyment in the flesh.
